For years, I operated inside the high-speed machinery of international commercial fashion — directing over 1,000,000 units across a multi-year supply chain portfolio at GTHS. I moved massive volume through complex global matrices under brutal lead times, rigid cross-border compliance, and zero-margin logistics.

That environment taught me one thing better than anywhere else: how to execute and deliver when there is absolutely no room for error.

But it also showed me the dark side of scale. I watched how independent designers' original structures and intent get quietly flattened on a volume line — simplified, re-engineered, and compromised just to feed the quotas. The vision survived on paper. It rarely survived the factory floor.

I built Tactile Operations to bypass that exact system. Operating independently, I move fast — once your needs are clear, I can put sampling into motion immediately through workshops I've worked with directly. Low-MOQ doesn't mean low-priority: the structure and finish you designed survive exactly as intended, not flattened to fit a line.
